1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of The Eden Factory and its customers in the context of the sale of products via the website www.theedenfactory.com.

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

The photos are not contractual.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes.

The Eden Factory reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Order

Any order placed implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Eden Factory reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with a customer or incomplete information.


6. Payment

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay


Payments are fully secured via Shopify and PayPal.

No banking information is stored by The Eden Factory.


7. Delivery

The average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

Some items may be sent separately.

The Eden Factory cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier.


8. Cancellation and returns

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order.

Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Refunds

Once the return is validated, the refund is made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

10. Responsibility

The Eden Factory is not responsible:

  • damage resulting from misuse of the product
  • delivery delays
  • the use of data by third-party services (Shopify, PayPal…)

11. Personal data

The data is collected to process orders and ensure the proper functioning of the site.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site are the exclusive property of The Eden Factory.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without authorization.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
