🟫 9. Schedules – Arrivals & Departures:

To ensure proper organization and the well-being of the animals, The Eden Lodge operates with arrival and departure times.

🕒 Opening hours

  • Arrivals: between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm
  • Departures: between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm

These schedules allow the animal to be integrated smoothly, to be properly settled, and to ensure the schedule of outings.

Outside of these hours

Arrivals or departures outside of 9am–12pm are possible only upon request and may result in:

  • An "out-of-hours" surcharge
    OR
  • Billing for an additional day

(depending on the time and the scheduling )

🟫 10. Calculating the days – How is the stay billed?

To avoid any ambiguity:

✔️ A day's stay = from 9am to 12pm the following day

This means:

  • If you drop off your pet on Monday morning,
→ The day runs until Tuesday at 12pm.

🔹 Departure in the afternoon

If the animal is recovered after 12pm, it counts as an additional day.

🔹 Why?

Because the animal remains:

  • for outings,
  • for care,
  • for meals,
  • in the space reserved for him.

It therefore plays a full role in the organization of the boarding house.

🟫 11. Delays:

In the event of an unannounced delay, The Eden Lodge reserves the right to:

  • charge for the additional day,
  • or apply additional childcare fees.

Thank you all for your understanding!
