📝 BOARD RESERVATION – THE EDEN LODGE


📅 Booking Procedure:

To guarantee a place for your pet, reservations must be made in advance, subject to availability.

  1. Booking request via:
    ✉️ pension@theedenfactory.com
    or via the online form.
  2. Response within 24 to 48 hours confirming:
    • availability
    • the applied rate
    • arrival/departure arrangements
    • the necessary documents
  3. Final validation only upon receipt:
    ✔️ of the signed pension contract
    ✔️ from the animal information sheet
    ✔️ of the deposit (see below)

💳 Deposit and Payment:

For all reservations:

👉 A 30% deposit is required to confirm the place.


The deposit is:

  • Non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the stay
  • deductible from the total amount
  • payable by:
    • bank transfer
    • PayPal - Paylib (or similar)
    • species (on site)

⚠️ Without a deposit, the place is not guaranteed.

📄 Required documents on the day:

For health and regulatory reasons, the following documents must be provided:

  • Up-to-date vaccination record (CHPPIL / Rabies if travelling / Leptospirosis / Kennel cough)
  • Identification (electronic chip required)
  • Owner's liability insurance
  • Pension contract signed

Without these documents → entry may be refused, without refund of the deposit.

🐶 Admission requirements:

To guarantee the safety and well-being of all residents:

Your pet must be:

✔️ Sociable with humans

✔️ Not aggressive towards other dogs (or with prior warning)

✔️ parasite-free (fleas, ticks, mange → treatment required)

✔️ in good general health (no contagious disease)


In case of medical treatment:

🔹 The owner must provide the medication + the precise dosage.


✏️ Reservation Changes/Modifications:

Any changes (dates, times, duration) must be reported at least 48 hours in advance.

Subject to availability:

  • ✔️ Modification accepted
  • ❌ Modification not possible → original prices remain unchanged

❌ Cancelation :

  • Up to 72 hours before: full refund except for the deposit
  • Less than 72 hours before: deposit retained
  • Failure to appear on the scheduled day: the entire first day will be charged.

🕓 Arrival and Departure Times:

🟢 Arrivals / Departures: 9am – 12pm

🟢 Or: according to a time slot agreed in advance by both parties.

⚠️ Outside of these hours:

  • additional charge of €10.
  • or refusal if not planned in advance.

The day that has begun is due.


🎒 What your pet should bring

  • His usual food (sufficient quantity)
  • His health record
  • Medical equipment if necessary
  • A toy / cuddly toy (optional)

The rest (sleeping, food, outings, care) is provided by The Eden Lodge.


❤️ Owner's Commitment:

By booking, the owner confirms:

  • having read and accepted the Pension Regulations
  • having provided accurate information about his animal
  • to be reachable at all times during the stay
  • accept additional costs if necessary (veterinary emergency, behavioral issues, damaged equipment)
