The boarding facility was conceived by someone who also finds it difficult to leave her animals .

Entrusting your dog or cat to someone is not "just dropping them off somewhere". It's leaving behind a piece of your family, a beating heart, a companion who doesn't always understand why you're leaving.

I know, because I'm like you. I'm one of those people who have trouble leaving their pets, who check 15 times, who need reassurance, who want to know how it really goes.
