🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund :

• the item must be new, unused and undamaged
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

💰 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

• We will send you a confirmation email.
• If the item meets the conditions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Reimbursement can take up to 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank.

🚫 Non-refundable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

• opened or used products
• custom products
• Accessories that come into direct contact with the animal (bowls, harnesses, collars, etc.) if unpacked
